Senior Product Manager, Visibility (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, Washington, or San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $155,520–$194,400 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and deliver features for end-to-end mapping, tracking, and visibility of physical goods across the shipment lifecycle.
• Own the product area and build and execute 12–18-month product roadmaps.
• Use data intelligence to solve complex operational problems and shape client-facing tracking experiences.
• Translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive systems with execution, planning, technology, engineering, design, commercial, and operations partners.
• Collaborate across Hong Kong, Europe, and US teams, including regular cross-border syncs with China-based engineering teams.
• Build metrics frameworks, prioritize initiatives, measure impact, and track product and business health.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in engineering, operations excellence, or analytics transitioning into product.
• Experience solving complex logistics, physical operations, or system root-cause problems using algorithmic planning, data analysis, and structured logic.
• Experience leading 12–18-month product roadmaps with engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including working with complex datasets and building metrics frameworks.
• SQL proficiency is required.
• Experience shipping intuitive user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
