Staff Product Manager, Visibility (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, Washington, or San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $188,160–$235,200 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy across the Visibility domain, spanning multiple teams, user types, and workflow stages.
• Own end-to-end mapping, tracking, and visibility of physical goods throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Develop data intelligence and client-facing visibility experiences to solve complex operational problems.
• Align execution, planning, technology, engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams around integrated roadmaps.
• Build metrics frameworks, write queries, and use product and business data to guide investment decisions.
• Represent the domain in leadership forums and mentor product managers on specifications, prioritization, communication, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience solving complex logistics, physical operations, or system root-cause problems using data analysis, algorithmic planning, and structured logic.
• Experience owning a product domain and leading multi-year roadmaps across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including required SQL proficiency and the ability to build metrics frameworks.
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams around shared roadmaps and operating at both strategic and execution levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus experience mentoring or leading other product managers.

• Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology.
