Senior Underwriter (Financial Lines)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid working model with team members expected to be primarily in the office.

What you will do

• Assess risks, structure complex insurance programs, and price policies across Directors' & Officers' Liability, Crime, and Employment Practices Liability.
• Own the profitability and growth of the assigned Swedish portfolio through data analysis and proactive renewal management.
• Build strategic broker relationships and act as a commercial decision-maker for Swedish clients and partners.
• Mentor junior colleagues and strengthen the technical capabilities of the Nordic Financial Lines team.
• Identify market trends and contribute to Nordic product development and local market strategy.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with Financial Lines products, including experience in claims, broking, complex underwriting operations, or underwriting.
• Deep technical understanding of Management Liability products.
• Strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to translate complex financial and legal data into business decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
