Purchasing/Freight Technician (Procurement)

What you will do

• Create purchase orders against existing agreements and low-value sourced requisitions.
• Track order confirmations, raise purchase order amendments, and execute transactional purchases.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and manage GR/IR queries using ZMRBR and ZMR11 reports.
• Resolve vendor data issues and coordinate updates to vendor master records.
• Maintain outline agreements and support automation and procurement system enhancement initiatives.
• Respond to audit and internal control requests and complete additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, finance, or a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, purchase order coordination, or purchase order processing.
• Fluent English and strong spoken and written Mandarin are required to support the China market.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet team deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate within a team.

Nice to have

• Understanding of procurement governance and processes.
• SAP knowledge and skills.
