Senior Account Manager (Banking and Financial Services)

Location: San Fernando, Philippines; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Drive organizational and cultural changes to improve service delivery and adapt to market, technology, and internal initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements, RPA deployments, and analytical insights.
• Manage customer engagement, resolve complex service issues, and lead weekly and monthly performance reviews.
• Act as the first-level escalation point while developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Manage site strategy, workforce stability, invoicing, financial reporting, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Set goals and review performance for managers and frontline teams through structured metrics and one-on-one meetings.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience handling operations or similar disciplines, with relevant project management experience.
• Experience in large-scale production operations and managing multiple projects independently.
• Experience managing direct or matrixed project managers and technical resources across 150–200 FTEs.
• Commercial experience managing projects within budget constraints and applying effective change control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, constructive, and professional approach.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; experience in US banking operations is preferred.
