Manager, Category Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage multiple customer and merchant accounts across different industries, particularly retail.
• Develop business opportunities and maintain a deep understanding of customer and merchant needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Guide and coach Account Managers to achieve consistently high performance.
• Coordinate customer service activities and manage multiple launch dates and deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
• Experience managing multiple accounts across different industries, especially retail.
• Strong customer focus, communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work and coach Account Managers.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Nice to have

• Strong business acumen.
• Experience in FMCG, BNPL, consumer financing, or banking.
