What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing merchants.
- Plan and co-create campaigns according to company strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Risks, Product, Support, Customer Care) to deliver strategic improvements.
- Provide inputs and ideas for key account growth.
- Drive adoption of omnichannel solutions in the market.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in brand, e-commerce, or retail.
- Strong analytical skills, including trend comparison and insights generation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Comfortable with F2F or virtual client presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-spoken, organized, analytical, meticulous, and driven.
