Key Account Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Based in Metro Manila; able to work from the Mandaluyong and BGC offices

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing merchants.
• Plan and co-create campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Support, and Customer Care teams to deliver strategic improvements.
• Provide insights and ideas to grow key accounts.
• Drive market adoption of omnichannel solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in brand, e-commerce, retail, or fintech environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to compare trends and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable presenting to clients in person or virtually.
• Based in Metro Manila and able to work from the Mandaluyong and BGC offices.
• Organized, meticulous, driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, electronics, technology, or FMCG.
