What you will do

• Lead program management for R&D and engineering initiatives within the Metal Deposition Products business unit, including new service product development.
• Define service product roadmaps, manage product portfolios and investments, and develop technology and innovation roadmaps.
• Drive customer application understanding and support successful new product introductions.
• Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and quality across new products and technologies.
• Oversee project management, product lifecycle, continuous improvement, and engineering change order processes.
• Coordinate technology partners, strategic sourcing, sampling, field quality, and communication with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Engineering; an MS is required and a PhD is preferred.
• Expertise in materials, deposition systems, and semiconductor applications.
• Experience with new product introduction and product lifecycle management.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to deliver against multiple KPIs.
• Customer-focused approach, including Voice of Customer experience, with strong communication and executive presence.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
