Maintenance Technician (Mechanical and Electrical Systems)

Location: Onsite at the PCA Box Plant in Nampa, Idaho, United States. The role operates across three shifts, and technicians must be willing to work any shift.

Salary: $31.53–$42.11 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore plant operations.
• Work safely as part of a maintenance team.
• Develop multicraft maintenance skills through company-provided training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to work any shift across a three-shift production schedule is required.
• A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or printing is a plus.
