Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Melville, NY, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, interaction and UI design, prototyping, UX writing, and usability testing.
• Define and champion the design vision across the product suite while contributing user insights to product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, design iteration, prototype generation, documentation, and specification creation.
• Write structured product and design specifications that support spec-driven development and improve collaboration with engineering.
• Establish and maintain a consistent, accessible design system across products.
• Evolve design workflows and help mentor future design hires as the design function scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and end-to-end execution.
• Experience designing B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI-assisted design or development tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Experience with spec-driven development practices and structured specifications aligned with design, product, and engineering.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design.
