What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for major features, from problem definition and research to high-fidelity execution.
• Elevate design quality by setting standards, running critiques, and ensuring consistency across the product portfolio.
• Design for operational complexity, including dashboards, multi-step workflows, and configuration-heavy interfaces.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering on prioritization, scoping, and strategic trade-off decisions.
• Mentor other designers through feedback, pairing, and leading by example in problem framing.
• Present work persuasively to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and adapting based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped enterprise or B2B SaaS work.
• Mastery-level interaction design skills for complex, multi-role workflows and systems.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including libraries, components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Experience working within and contributing to a design system.
• Active AI fluency within design practice for ideation, research, and prototyping.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to defend design decisions to leadership.

• Hands-on experience using agent-assisted or AI-powered development tools.
• Understanding of how AI agents and context-aware systems shape product experiences.
