Salary: $105,000–$178,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for major features and product initiatives, from problem definition and research synthesis through high-fidelity execution and post-launch iteration.
• Design dashboards, data-dense tables, multi-step workflows, role-based experiences, and configuration-heavy interfaces.
• Set design quality standards, run critiques, and promote strong craft and usability across the product area.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering on prioritization, scoping, and trade-off decisions.
• Translate user research and customer feedback into strategic design direction and present decisions to stakeholders.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with design systems partners on shared patterns and components.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing shipped enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience designing dashboards, analytics, business intelligence, or other data-driven experiences.
• Strong interaction design skills across complex, multi-role workflows, systems, and states.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including libraries, components, auto-layout, tokens, and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to and working within a design system.
• AI fluency in design practice, including ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent-assisted or AI-powered development tools for creating working prototypes.
• Understanding of AI agents, workflows, and context-aware systems.
• Experience designing for manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or retail operations.
• Experience working in a pragmatic, iterative environment focused on shipping and testing ideas quickly.
