What you will do

• Serve as the primary owner for relationships with one hyperscaler and one major AI lab.
• Develop and execute multi-year partnership strategies aligned with hirify.global's AI and product roadmaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, product, engineering, and sales stakeholders at partner organizations.
• Drive a disciplined operating cadence for complex initiatives, ensuring clear priorities and follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to support partnership goals and integration needs.
• Track and communicate measurable outcomes such as pipeline influence and annual recurring revenue impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Significant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance programs within enterprise software, cloud, or AI.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of hands-on execution rather than just strategy setting.
• Technical fluency in software development, platform integrations, and the AI/ML landscape.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics for executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and navigate multiple priorities.
