Sr. Technical Delivery Director (Snowflake)

Salary: $208,000–$273,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Technical Consulting Manager and Solutions Architect teams delivering Snowflake Service Delivery offerings.
• Hire, coach, and develop large technical delivery teams while maintaining expertise in the latest Snowflake features.
• Provide technical oversight for complex customer engagements and serve as an escalation point for executive and sponsor stakeholders.
• Build regional delivery plans covering revenue, consumption, utilization, backlog, hiring, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Standardize delivery practices by reviewing proposals and estimates, conducting project reviews, and developing process-improvement tools.
• Partner with sales, resource management, go-to-market teams, systems integrators, and implementation partners to develop offerings and repeatable industry solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong management consulting experience and skills.
• 15+ years of Service Delivery experience, including building and leading teams of 25+ people.
• Experience managing financial targets such as revenue, headcount, utilization, and delivery forecasts.
• Extensive experience with large-scale database technologies such as Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, or Greenplum.
• Executive stakeholder presence, cross-functional team management experience, risk identification skills, and ability to travel as needed.
