What you will do

• Hire, coach, and lead Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals and foster high performance culture.
• Build and execute strategic business plans including revenue, consumption targets, and financial forecasts.
• Lead large complex engagements at executive levels, acting as escalation point for collaboration and decision-making.
• Standardize delivery processes through proposal reviews, project oversight, and tool development for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Resource Management, and Partners to staff engagements and scale services delivery.
• Drive creation of repeatable industry-based solutions and support GTM for new service offerings.

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
• 15+ years of SD delivery experience, including building/leading large teams (25+) with financial accountability.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g., hirify.global, Netezza, Exadata).
• Proven track record building highly technical teams and managing cross-functional SD teams.
• Executive stakeholder presence, process improvement skills, risk identification, and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
