Senior Manager, People Compliance

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid workplace with regular in-person collaboration at the Denver headquarters

Salary: $127,000–$184,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead people-related compliance programs and align HR compliance strategies with organizational priorities.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve HR compliance policies and programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor employment law developments and adjust policies and practices covering wage and hour, leave, pay transparency, EEO, DEI, OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and union regulations.
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities, recommend corrective actions, and oversee audits covering I-9s, wage statements, personnel files, and background checks.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, external counsel, and government agencies on compliance matters, including immigration programs.
• Develop and manage training on anti-harassment, ethics, FLSA classifications, accommodations, laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policy development, and compliance procedures.
• Strategic, enterprise-level thinking with the ability to implement tactical solutions.
• Advanced project management skills and a strong record of program execution.
• Ability to analyze data, exercise sound judgment, and build trusted relationships across diverse audiences and emerging markets.
