TL;DR
Manager, Immigration & HR Compliance (HR Compliance and Immigration): Managing employment compliance programs and immigration cases for Red Bull’s North American entities with an accent on state, federal, and local employment regulations, visa filings, and audit readiness. Focus on coordinating H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, and I-485 processes, improving compliance workflows, and advising employees, managers, and external counsel.
Location: Onsite at the North America Headquarters office in Santa Monica, California, United States. Travel: 10–20%.
Base salary: $92,000–$130,000 per year, plus performance bonus target.

What you will do
- Lead employment compliance program management across state, federal, and local requirements.
- Maintain policies, documentation, reports, and audit materials in partnership with Legal, Finance/Payroll, IT, and Talent teams.
- Design and deliver manager and employee training on anti-discrimination, harassment prevention, workplace safety, and other compliance topics.
- Coordinate non-immigrant and immigrant immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, J-1, and F-1 matters.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, candidates, managers, Talent Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HQ, and external immigration counsel.
- Manage related budgets and vendors while improving immigration and compliance processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience; immigration experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and U.S. federal laws governing recruiting, immigration, and employment.
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet objectives with limited supervision, and maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work onsite at the Santa Monica, California headquarters.
