What you will do

• Lead the maintenance of policies in alignment with values, appropriate laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and Talent teams to ensure full organizational compliance.
• Coordinate processing and timelines for non-immigrant and immigrant visa sponsorships (H1-B, L-1, TN, PERM).
• Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on Talent compliance topics.
• Manage immigration and compliance-related budgets and communicate filing strategies.
• Compile data and documents for OFCCP audits and EEO-1 reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Santa Monica, California, United States
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local laws governing recruiting, immigration, and employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
