Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float/Travel (Banking)

Location: Coral Gables, Florida; travel between assigned branches in the surrounding area

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Travel between assigned branches and provide prompt, professional banking services.
• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Support deposit, loan, non-interest income, and client acquisition growth targets.
• Identify client needs and introduce customers to Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Handle lending, basic investment, and moderately complex banking conversations.
• Complete sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent credential, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience, including experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, business acumen, and action-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Additional financial services experience.
• Experience demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
