Manager, Strategic Programs (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Toronto office, Canada

Annual base salary: CAD 125,000–145,000, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission

What you will do

• Advance high-priority strategic initiatives across functions, regions, and business units with the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead data-driven analyses, business cases, scenario models, and research for strategic priorities, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
• Drive coordinated, measurable AI transformation initiatives across Product, R&D, go-to-market, and corporate functions.
• Establish governance, milestones, metrics, accountability, and decision points for complex cross-functional programs.
• Prepare executive- and board-ready recommendations, performance narratives, initiative updates, and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor execution, identify risks and interdependencies, and partner with leaders across Finance, Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and People.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical and strategic environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with complex datasets, models, research, and software metrics.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including polished executive- and board-ready materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and Tableau familiarity is an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis, reporting, and content development.
• Experience identifying operational improvements and validating AI-generated outputs with sound judgment.
