What you will do

• Drive end-to-end coordination of platform portfolio initiatives across schedules and cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain real-time visibility into portfolio health, risks, and release readiness using Jira and reporting tools.
• Partner with technical leaders to improve prioritization processes and decision-making clarity.
• Deliver concise executive communications that translate technical progress into business impact.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive coordination tasks and streamline reporting.
• Improve documentation and knowledge management practices to ensure team alignment.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in program, project, or operations coordination within an engineering or SaaS environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity in reporting and summarization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and Agile environments.
• Background in portfolio tracking, executive reporting, or operational metrics dashboards.
• Experience improving internal knowledge systems and onboarding materials.
