Senior Program Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: $134,000–$160,000 CAD annually plus variable bonus

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-impact programs across hirify.global Copperleaf’s engineering and R&D portfolio.
• Translate product strategy and epics into executable features, acceptance criteria, and coordinated delivery plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, scope trade-offs, and release readiness across operating cells and functions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Release Management, and technical leaders to coordinate predictable releases.
• Engage customers in solution validation, early access programs, issue triage, and pre-release feedback collection.
• Support adoption and continuous improvement of the AI-agentic operating model and AI-enabled delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex programs involving multiple teams, functions, and dependencies.
• Senior-level program management experience with predictable delivery in agile software environments.
• Strong communication, influence, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily workflows and understanding of AI’s impact on software delivery.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve cross-functional conflicts, balance priorities, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software, AI-enabled products, or asset-intensive and regulated industries.
• Experience delivering AI/ML, data-intensive, or other high-stakes products.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global Copperleaf Suite and customer operating environments.
