Senior Analyst, Program Management

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; primary location at 1940 Argentia Rd, Mississauga.

Salary: CAD 74,000–101,750 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic programs and initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Coordinate program activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance materials, and executive communications.
• Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, opportunity evaluations, feasibility assessments, and ROI reviews.
• Use data, stakeholder feedback, and business insights to develop recommendations and measure results.
• Support business case development, initiative prioritization, roadmap planning, and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including milestone tracking and risk and dependency management.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations, executive summaries, and senior leadership materials.
• Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in complex matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms for reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Experience in retail, field operations, HR technology, People Technology, Payroll, Total Rewards, or large-scale business transformation.
• Experience working across large business and technology organizations.
