Program Manager, Platform Enablement (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada, or onsite in Portland, Novi, Atlanta, or Denver, USA

Salary: $95,200–$170,610 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of cross-functional programs and workstreams from planning through implementation.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, decisions, and stakeholder follow-through.
• Build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams and clarify ownership and decision paths.
• Maintain roadmaps, trackers, operating meetings, and reliable sources of program status.
• Apply business analysis, process mapping, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve execution and decision-making.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve program management, documentation, communication, analysis, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience driving cross-functional delivery and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-through.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, judgment, and independent execution skills.
• Business analysis and systems-thinking skills, including process analysis, requirements clarification, and understanding interdependencies.
• Strong analytical and data skills, including defining metrics and creating dashboards or reporting from structured data.
• Experience with program management and collaboration platforms such as Airtable, plus practical experience using AI tools responsibly.
