Senior Program Manager

Location: Remote in British Columbia, Canada

Salary: $102,000–$182,710 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers depend on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end reporting for a broad portfolio of engineering and product programs.
• Establish a repeatable reporting cadence and assess which updates require communication each week.
• Translate technical information into concise briefings for executives, individual contributors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a single source of truth covering portfolio status, risks, rollout timing, decisions, reprioritization, and stakeholder actions.
• Collect, refine, and align reports with leadership while creating feedback loops for information gaps, misalignment, risks, and escalations.
• Prepare content for all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, speaking engagements, and other programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing reporting and communications across a broad portfolio of technical or engineering-adjacent projects and programs from start to finish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create emails, PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint content, and videos.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence, with the ability to learn Airtable.
• Ability to communicate concisely with individuals, teams, and leaders and handle sensitive information with discretion.
