Manufacturing Product Engineer

What you will do

• Provide hands-on engineering support for complex box-build and electromechanical manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, Lean Manufacturing, DFM, DFT, and process validation.
• Support New Product Introduction activities, product builds, manufacturing readiness assessments, and process optimization.
• Lead and support product transfers, including production line setup, equipment installation, workflow planning, and readiness activities.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation, support quality investigations and supplier issues, and analyze production data using Excel and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, product, or process engineering.
• Experience in high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing and hands-on box-build, electromechanical assembly, or complex equipment production.
• Knowledge of SOPs, PFMEAs, ECNs, work instructions, build books, quality systems, and engineering change implementation.
• Experience with NPI, product launches or transfers, production support, equipment setup, and manufacturing process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP systems, manufacturing data analysis, and cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital equipment, industrial systems, X-ray systems, medical devices, instrumentation, or other complex electromechanical products.
• Power BI and manufacturing performance dashboard experience.
• Experience leading product transfer or manufacturing localization projects.
• Supplier quality, CAPA, Factory Acceptance Testing, ISO-regulated manufacturing, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience collaborating with international engineering teams.
