What you will do

• Design, install, and configure hardware and software systems within the manufacturing environment.
• Integrate factory requirements with automation capabilities to recommend technical solutions.
• Utilize data analytics to identify system issues and ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to meet availability targets.
• Manage end-to-end projects including planning, budgeting, procurement, and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Penang.
• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Hands-on experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with shop floor systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA or relevant technical field).
• Experience supporting multiple NPI projects.
