Regional HR Business Partner (Onsite)

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California, USA; remote work is not available

Annual pay range: $140,000–$170,000 USD, plus eligibility for bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, employees, Centers of Excellence, and global HR Business Partners across the US and North America.
• Provide HR advisory support on performance management, restructuring, employment terms, and other employee and team matters.
• Ensure the effectiveness of employee experience programs in partnership with relevant HR functions.
• Support local talent planning, retention, and succession planning with a local market perspective.
• Monitor legislative changes and help update and deploy policies in coordination with legal counsel.
• Identify workforce trends and themes that may affect business goals.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of related HR experience in the technology or semiconductor industry.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, California.
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Persuasion, influencing, feedback, problem-solving, project management, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to take initiative, collaborate effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
