Regional Human Resources Business Partner - West

Location: Onsite in Westminster, Colorado; the posting header also lists Centennial, Colorado. Travel up to 25% depending on business needs, averaging 10%.

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary regional contact for employee relations matters and provide documented guidance.
• Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, discipline, and involuntary terminations.
• Conduct investigations and partner with People & Culture leadership on resolution and risk mitigation.
• Advise the Regional President and leadership team on workforce matters, organizational effectiveness, and change.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, workforce planning, and staffing needs.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and HR systems data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6–7 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional organization.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Westminster, Colorado and visit outdoor industrial sites when required.
