Gross Profit Analyst (Financial Analysis): Auditing transactional, billing, asset, supplier rebate, and reconciliation data to identify profit leaks and drive margin recovery with an accent on gross profit adjustments, supplier programs, and contract rights. Focus on forecasting rebates, analyzing purchase agreements, reconciling month-end figures, and coordinating recovery actions with business teams and suppliers.
Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; full-time onsite

What you will do
- Audit billing, asset, supplier reconciliation, and rebate reports to identify profit leaks and margin improvement opportunities.
- Provide margin adjustments and coordinate recovery actions with gross profit administration, business teams, and suppliers.
- Execute supplier contract rights for obsolete and price-list-removed products.
- Monitor ship-and-debit claim rejects and escalate issues when required.
- Analyze customer volume purchase agreements and provide recommendations to business teams.
- Forecast supplier rebates, analyze variances, prepare margin adjustment reports, and reconcile month-end figures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically less than two years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Foundational knowledge of relevant financial disciplines, industry practices, and standards.
- Ability to develop solutions for defined assignments using established approaches.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and collaborate with management and department colleagues.
