Senior Cost Analyst

Location: Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis, business insights, and decision-making support for medical device manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to business partners.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, system reports, and analysis documentation.
• Perform inventory accounting, product costing, material usage variance analysis, relief reporting, and purchase price variance reporting.
• Calculate savings and returns for cost improvement projects and support Capital Appropriation Requests.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of expense controls, financial modeling, risk management, and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze costs, variances, inventory, and capital investments.
• Strong problem-solving, process optimization, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
