Sr Manufacturing Finance Analyst

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Serve as a finance business partner for manufacturing sites in Alexandria, Minnesota; Greenville, Pennsylvania; and O'Fallon, Missouri.
• Develop financial plans, prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, and analyze performance against forecasts and plans.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Identify financial process improvements and apply Lean tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate plant financial performance, maintain standard reporting packages, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Drive plant cost and productivity initiatives and maintain standard costs across multiple ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or manufacturing finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and OneStream XF or similar financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and judgment skills, including knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards.
• Ability to work effectively with personnel at all organizational levels and under time constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards and/or Oracle.
