Sr Manufacturing Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Serve as a finance business partner for manufacturing sites in Alexandria, Minnesota; Greenville, Pennsylvania; and O’Fallon, Missouri.
• Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts, financial plans, and risk and opportunity analyses.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Drive plant cost and productivity improvements in partnership with site leadership and other personnel.
• Prepare standard reporting packages, communicate financial performance, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard costs across multiple ERP systems and apply Lean tools to improve financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficient English communication.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or manufacturing finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and OneStream XF or similar financial reporting systems.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels, stay organized, and work under time constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards and/or Oracle.
