KYC Analyst (Banking)

Location: Limerick, Ireland; applicants must have the right to work in Ireland throughout employment.

What you will do

• Support AML/KYC activities across client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
• Create and maintain KYC records using information and documentation from internal and external sources.
• Work with relationship managers and client-facing teams to obtain required client documentation.
• Review and validate customer information, Customer Identification Program records, and Customer Due Diligence documentation.
• Support Enhanced Due Diligence reviews and coordinate questions with Second Line of Defence and KYC Centre of Excellence teams.
• Track outstanding requirements, provide stakeholder updates, and complete reviews within required deadlines and KRI/KPI targets.

Requirements

• College or university degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in an AML/KYC function.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, teamwork, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Right to work in Ireland is required at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Employment permit sponsorship is not available for this role.
