TL;DR
Treasury Analyst (Bank Administration/Kyriba): Managing operating, custody, and virtual accounts, account services, signatories, banking documentation, and core treasury data with an accent on controls, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on maintaining Kyriba data, handling SWIFT payment and reporting requirements, responding to KYC/AML and sanctions requests, and resolving banking issues independently.
Location: Dublin, Ireland; primarily office-based. Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 Irish Standard Time (IST).

What you will do
- Open and close operating, custody, and virtual bank accounts.
- Manage account signatories and set up or amend services such as MT101 and SWIFT reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc banking requests from business units and coordinate with banking partners.
- Support compliance with ’s Global Bank Account policies and procedures.
- Support banking-related aspects of strategic initiatives and maintain core data in the Kyriba Treasury Management System.
- Collaborate with a small team while independently managing and completing assigned work.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate or financial institution treasury, cash management, bank administration, or a similar environment.
- Understanding of bank administration documents, including board resolutions, certificates of incorporation, trade registers, account opening forms, and bank signatory forms.
- Familiarity with payment and reporting formats, including SWIFT MT101, MT940, and MT950.
- Experience responding to KYC, AML, and sanctions requests from banks.
- Native-level fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong workload management, investigation, troubleshooting, communication, attention to detail, risk awareness, and process improvement skills; SOX audit experience is advantageous.
