What you will do

• Proactively contact customers to resolve overdue invoices while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
• Monitor payment commitments and document status within the ERP and collections systems.
• Analyze delinquent and high-risk accounts to provide resolution recommendations and weekly reports.
• Collaborate with sales, billing, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve collection issues.
• Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure compliance and prevent payment delays.
• Investigate and resolve disputes, tax issues, and unidentified payments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of collections experience, ideally within a multi-national high-tech industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive requests.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, persistent customer service approach.
• Precise attention to detail and ability to meet strict deliverable deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cork, Ireland.
