Manager, FP&A & Analytics Transformation

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance required at least four days per week

Salary: USD 90,000–125,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Support Project Keystone, hirify.global’s long-term finance transformation initiative, across Corporate FP&A and business units.
• Lead SAP Analytics Cloud introduction trainings and dashboard-building workshops after completing initial trainee participation.
• Participate in SAC planning solution design and build workshops, providing guidance on process and design decisions.
• Create SAC reports and dynamic dashboards for Corporate FP&A and other business teams.
• Provide post-launch support and issue triage for planning solutions.
• Manage the Corporate BPC system instance as a business user administrator and drive FP&A process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of finance and FP&A processes, systems, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to present financial insights clearly to senior leadership and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to represent hirify.global in collaboration with third-party implementers.
