TL;DR
Financial Analyst, OTC Reporting & Controls (Order-to-Cash): Preparing and analyzing operational, financial, and balance sheet reporting across Cash Application, Credit, Billing, Collections, and Deductions Management with an accent on data validation, reconciliations, and SOX control execution. Focus on building dashboards, monitoring SAP, MicroStrategy, and HighRadius data quality, supporting audit readiness, and resolving cross-functional reporting and system issues.

Location: Hybrid position based in Camden, New Jersey, with three days per week in the office. Minimal travel of approximately 5–10%, with occasional holiday and weekend support during fiscal quarter-close periods.

Salary: $56,500–$77,700 per year

What you will do

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc Order-to-Cash operational, financial, and balance sheet reporting.
  • Compile, reconcile, validate, and analyze large data sets across OTC and financial systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track OTC performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Execute, track, and document Accounts Receivable SOX controls, audit controls, and remediation activities.
  • Perform data quality checks and monitor interfaces, reporting outputs, and exceptions in SAP, MicroStrategy, and HighRadius.
  • Support journal entries, Partner Brand analyses, account reconciliations, system enhancements, audits, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, analytics, controls, or a related area.
  • Strong Excel skills, including work with large data sets, reconciliations, and repeatable analyses.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet recurring deadlines, document work, and explain findings to business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, HighRadius, MicroStrategy, or other financial ERP and business intelligence tools.
  • Exposure to SOX controls, audit support, financial controls, compliance documentation, and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience with process improvements, system implementations, or user acceptance testing.
