What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy compliance.
• Lead, coach, train, recruit, and retain associates while managing schedules and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales, profitability, customer service, merchandising, promotional execution, and store performance.
• Partner with the Doctor to provide high-quality patient care and experiences.
• Conduct audits, maintain facility and safety standards, and provide accurate reports to the District Manager.
• Manage budgets, supplies, associate records, and operational resources.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of store operations, business performance, sales, and customer service.
• Optical industry knowledge and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are preferred.
