Compensation Program Act Project Management Specialist (Environmental Management)

Location: Predominantly onsite at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington; some remote support may be approved by the Contracting Officer.

What you will do

• Support compensation program project management and implementation for DOE Environmental Management programs.
• Compile data, track claims, prepare compliance reports, and manage program records.
• Provide finance, budget, procurement, contract administration, workforce management, and training support.
• Implement data validation processes and coordinate audit support.
• Facilitate communication and operational support across program offices in a regulated nuclear cleanup environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7+ years of compliance and data experience.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Ability to handle confidential PII and PHI securely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred for the role.
• Facility Clearance is required for hirify.global team members; DOE clearance may be required depending on the assigned work.

Nice to have

• DOE or EEOICPA experience.
• Experience in the Environmental Management sector.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
