Project Manager

Location: Hawaii, USA. Hybrid work with regular onsite engagement and approximately 20% travel required.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a U.S.-based benefits package.

What you will do

• Support the Navy N9 office in planning, coordinating, reporting on, and executing unaccompanied housing and barracks initiatives.
• Assess barracks and housing assets, including facility condition, utilization, requirements, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Research and analyze housing and facility data to support policy development, planning decisions, recommendations, and executive-level deliverables.
• Evaluate Title 10 authorities and develop recommendations for their application to Navy housing programs.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups with Navy leadership, installation personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Track schedules, actions, budgets, deliverables, risks, and monthly client reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant project management and professional services experience.
• Experience with military housing, barracks, facilities planning, installation management, infrastructure programs, or related federal programs.
• Ability to analyze housing and facility data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong formal writing, planning, organization, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workgroups, and workshops; Navy, Department of Defense, or other federal client experience is preferred.
