What you will do

• Provide direct program and project support to the Navy N9 office for unaccompanied housing initiatives.
• Conduct assessments of barracks assets regarding facility condition, utilization, and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with Navy leadership and installation stakeholders.
• Perform research and data synthesis to support policy development and executive-level deliverables.
• Evaluate and apply Title 10 authorities to support program objectives.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and presentation materials to communicate project status and risks.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen to obtain necessary security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in military housing, facilities planning, or infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder coordination and program execution.
• Excellent formal writing, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze facility data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
