Financial Consulting Supervisor - Payroll Services (Workday)

Location: Dallas, United States. Full-time work; travel to client or organization locations may be required based on business and engagement needs.

Salary: $73,500–$139,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise payroll processing activities for assigned client engagements.
• Review payroll data and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients on payroll requirements, changes, and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Train and guide junior team members on payroll procedures.
• Support client onboarding and payroll system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of payroll services experience.
• Ability to supervise payroll operations, review deliverables, and coordinate with clients.
• Availability to travel to client or organization locations when required.
• Ability to work increased hours during peak business cycles.
