What you will do

• Support end-to-end payroll system implementations for new clients using the ADP Workforce Now autopay platform.
• Configure earnings, deductions, tax settings, employee data, and client-specific payroll workflows.
• Gather and document requirements, perform data mapping and validation, and support data migration.
• Write payroll calculations for upload to the ADP mainframe and execute payroll parallel testing.
• Set up applicable integrations with benefits, timekeeping, and general ledger systems.
• Resolve configuration issues, support client training, and transition completed implementations to ongoing service teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of payroll experience, including exposure to payroll system implementation or configuration.
• Experience with ADP platforms, especially Workforce Now, is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, system workflows, employee records, and payroll calculations.
• Experience troubleshooting payroll and system issues, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling, including mapping and validation.
• Strong organization, communication, and client-facing skills; a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
