Director, Enterprise Transformation Program Management (ERP)

Location: On site in Southlake, Texas, or Austin, Texas

Salary: $148,000–$245,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead a large-scale, multi-year enterprise ERP implementation and broader transformation program.
• Provide strategic oversight and align business objectives, technology priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive integrated planning, governance, risk management, program controls, budgets, forecasts, and financial oversight.
• Coordinate Finance, Procurement, Data, Technology, Security, Integrations, Testing, and Operational Readiness workstreams.
• Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, implementation partners, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.
• Lead organizational change, business readiness, operational transition, and enterprise-wide adoption activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and transformational business programs.
• Experience delivering multi-million-dollar programs across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
• Deep knowledge of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including solution design, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Prosci, or ERP platform certification.
• Experience with finance, procurement, accounting, planning, reporting, data governance, and business process transformation.
• Experience mentoring leaders, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement.
