Sr. Director, Enterprise Transformation (D365 F&O)

Salary: $216,000–$260,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of the global enterprise operating model through Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
• Align procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report processes across multiple entities and geographies.
• Define functional requirements, document end-to-end business processes, and lead business validation and user acceptance testing.
• Manage implementation plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, scope, and cross-functional accountability in partnership with the PMO.
• Drive change management, adoption of new processes, governance, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic leadership to Operational Excellence, Finance, and Operations teams while leading special transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance and/or operations leadership experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience leading international system rollouts, change management, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Experience in retail apparel and strong knowledge of D365 Financials, Supply Chain, O2C, and P2P modules.
• Experience with cloud migration, scalable architecture, and minimizing customizations.
