Location: Hybrid, based at the European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, Netherlands

Salary: €89,420–€157,472 gross per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic HR programs aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the Netherlands Country Lead, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational capability initiatives.
• Coach managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Partner with three Works Councils and unions, and support workforce operations and employee experience.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including several years in a senior HR business partner or manager role in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law, social legislation, and local Works Council processes.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
