HR Business Partner EMEA (French or German Speaking)

What you will do

• Execute talent management, performance management, and succession planning strategies across EMEA.
• Partner with leaders and teams to improve performance, organizational effectiveness, and organizational design.
• Assess current and future talent needs, build workforce plans, and support leadership development.
• Champion DEI initiatives and communicate HR programs across partner groups and HR functions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, disputes, and other sensitive matters.
• Support EMEA merit increase and bonus review processes, with a focus on pay equity and legal compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive human resources experience in an international environment.
• Experience scaling an organization through a steep ramp and knowledge of current talent management practices.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
• Business English required; German and/or French strongly preferred. International travel may be required.
