Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €8,446–€11,262 per month based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise skills framework and maintain the skills taxonomy in alignment with business strategy and workforce priorities.
• Embed skills into talent acquisition, internal mobility, career development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead the development and implementation of skills-based organisation strategies and related organisational change.
• Define business requirements for skills-related technology solutions and act as business owner for relevant HR technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise, HR Business Partners, Data & Digital teams, product teams, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading workforce transformation initiatives in complex international organisations.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing skills frameworks and taxonomies aligned with business strategy and talent management.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in an international skills-based organisation or as a consultant implementing skills-based practices for international organisations.
• Fluent English required; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
