HR Business Advisor

What you will do

• Advise the Managing Director and management team on strategic direction, goals, and objectives.
• Conduct value-added analyses and research to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for hirify.global Europe and Saudi hirify.global.
• Assess current business practices and recommend sustainable organizational changes.
• Monitor strategy implementation, organizational campaigns, and change processes.
• Coordinate strategic reviews and management information meetings, and prepare executive presentations and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related industry discipline.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong strategic insight and financial acumen with a global perspective.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with hirify.global Europe or affiliated companies.
• Ability to understand operational and financial factors, evaluate metrics, solve complex problems, and work effectively across functions.
