Director, HR Business Partner, Health & Biosciences (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid, on-site 3–4 days per week when not traveling; preferred locations are Wilmington, Delaware, or Madison, Wisconsin, United States, and Leiden, the Netherlands. International travel and collaboration across multiple time zones are required.

What you will do

• Serve as the strategic HR and talent partner to senior leaders in Health & Biosciences Operations, Quality, and Customer Service.
• Align workforce planning, organization design, succession strategies, and talent priorities with business objectives.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessments, and development planning across supported functions.
• Build pipelines for critical leadership, technical, quality, customer service, and operations roles.
• Coach senior leaders and lead people-related workstreams for organizational and business transformation.
• Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies across global regions and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global organization.
• Expertise in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, operations, quality, customer service, or similarly complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change in a matrixed organization.
• Ability and willingness to travel globally and support employees across multiple time zones.

• Biotech or operations-focused HR experience.
