Senior Recruiter-Pharma (Pharma)

Location: Remote, United States; listed location: Wauwatosa, WI

Employment: Full-time, regular position, 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates and present qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Life sciences background required.
• Workday experience required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
