Senior Recruiter-Pharma IT-LTE (Pharma IT)

Location: Remote within the United States; working days aligned to EST

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates against position requirements and present strong candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Pharma industry experience is required.
• English communication is required; working hours follow EST working days.
