Senior Engineer, Wastewater

What you will do

• Deliver consulting and engineering design for complex water and wastewater infrastructure assignments.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, develop utility plans, and design water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, cost estimates, and infrastructure condition assessments.
• Manage multiple technical assignments, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, client expectations, and project finances.
• Lead planning studies, preliminary and final designs, program management, and construction services.
• Support business development through proposal preparation, relationship building, and staff workload planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• PE designation required.
• Experience managing project delivery, technical teams, client expectations, and project finances.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, technical writing, and attention-to-detail skills.
